Ryan Edwards, born on 7 October 1993 (age 32), is an English central defender now with Sporting Club Jacksonville. A commanding 6ft 4in (1.93m), he came through at Blackburn Rovers, where his route to senior football was shaped less by first-team certainty than by the useful education of loans.
