Rafael Leão, born on 10 June 1999 (age 27), is a Portugal international left winger whose career has been shaped overwhelmingly by AC Milan. He is not a passing feature there: across eight seasons he has made 227 league appearances and scored 63 league goals.
His best league return came in 2022–2023, when he scored 15 times in 35 appearances. That remains the clearest single-season marker of his attacking value, though his place in the side has hardly faded.
