Scott Pittman, born on 9 July 1992 (age 34), is a Scottish centre midfielder whose senior career is overwhelmingly tied to Livingston. He wears the No 8 shirt and has been a steady, durable presence rather than the sort of player who needs much embroidery.
Across 13 seasons with Livingston, Pittman has made 367 league appearances and scored 46 league goals. His best scoring league campaign came in 2016-17, when he scored nine times in 36 appearances, a useful return from midfield and one that fits the broader pattern of a player trusted to do a lot of the weekly work.
In 2026-27, he has made 13 appearances for Livingston across all competitions, including eight in the Championship, four in the League Cup and one in the Scottish Cup. His market value is around £85,000, according to Transfermarkt.
Pittman’s career is a Livingston career in all but name: long service, regular football, and enough goals from midfield to matter without pretending he was something flashier than he was.
