Pervis Estupiñán, born on 21 January 1998 (age 28), is an Ecuadorian left-back with AC Milan, where he wears number 2. He is not a Celtic figure, but he is a familiar enough name in European football: quick, direct, and still firmly involved at first-team level in 2025-26.
His most productive league season came at Mallorca in 2018-19, when he scored three goals in 19 appearances. That spell remains a useful marker in his career, showing the attacking side of his game without needing to pretend he was ever a full-back built mainly on goals.
At Milan, Estupiñán has remained in regular use this season. He has made 19 Serie A appearances, scoring once, with further outings in the Coppa Italia and Supercoppa taking him to 22 appearances and one goal across all competitions. His current market value is around £10m, according to Transfermarkt.
He has also stayed active with Ecuador, making 13 appearances in South American World Cup qualifying this season. His career to this point is that of an established international full-back, still playing regularly at a high level and still relevant to his club side rather than drifting around the edges.
