Marcel Sabitzer, born on 17 March 1994 (age 32), is an Austrian central midfielder with Borussia Dortmund. He wears number 20 and is valued at around £17m, according to Transfermarkt.
His early spell at Red Bull Salzburg did plenty for his development and even more for his scoring record. In 2014-15 he scored 19 league goals in 33 appearances, a return more in keeping with a forward than a midfielder. That attacking edge has stayed with him: Sabitzer has rarely been just a carrier or a tidy passer.
