Lewis Stevenson, born on 5 January 1988 (age 38), is a Scottish left-back now with Raith Rovers. Compact at 5ft 7in (1.71m), he wears squad number 16 and remains a familiar name in the Scottish game, largely because of one long, stubbornly durable spell at Hibernian.
That Hibs career was the substance of it. Across 18 seasons he made 477 league appearances and scored six league goals, the sort of service that tends to outlast fashion, managers and most recruitment plans. His most productive league season came in 2014-2015, when he scored twice in 35 appearances.
By 2026-2027, Stevenson was at Raith Rovers, with five Championship appearances and three League Cup appearances, giving him eight outings in all competitions for the Kirkcaldy side. His current market value is around £64,000, according to Transfermarkt.
Stevenson’s career is a straightforward one to read: a long Hibernian service, then a later spell at Raith Rovers. The scale of the Hibs years is what gives the profile its weight.
