Kelle Roos, born on 31 May 1992 (age 33), is a Dutch goalkeeper with Notts County. At 6ft 5in (1.96m), he is an imposing presence, which is no bad starting point for a keeper, though the job still tends to ask rather more than looking the part.
One of the early spells that gave him senior football came at Nuneaton Town in 2013–14, where he made nine league appearances. It was the sort of loan that rarely becomes the headline of a career, but it matters: young goalkeepers need matches, mistakes, crosses, elbows and all the usual unpleasant education.
Roos remains a regular part of the Notts County side in 2025–26. He has made 24 League Two appearances and 25 in all competitions, including one in the League Cup. His current market value is around £234,000, according to Transfermarkt.
His career has been built on steady senior work rather than noise. From early loan football to a continuing first-team role at Notts County, Roos has remained a working goalkeeper with a clear place in the side.
