Findlay Marshall, born 17 April 2006 (age 20), is a Scottish centre midfielder on Aberdeen’s books, wearing squad number 40. His senior career is still at an early stage, but its clearest stretch so far came away from Pittodrie.
Arbroath is the spell that has given his career most of its substance to this point. In the 2025-26 league season he made 36 appearances and scored 12 goals, a strong return from midfield and comfortably the most productive football of his senior career so far.
He has since been involved again with Aberdeen in 2026-27, making one league appearance along with two in the League Cup and one in the Scottish Cup. That leaves him with four senior appearances for the club across all competitions.
Marshall’s profile remains a developing one: a young Scottish midfielder whose early senior record is shaped far more by a productive Arbroath season than by his Aberdeen first-team minutes to date.
