Fábio Silva, born on 19 July 2002 (age 24), is a Portuguese striker with Borussia Dortmund. A centre-forward rather than a wide forward, he has built his senior career around movement in the box and finishing chances, without yet settling into one long club chapter.
His most productive league season came in 2024-25 with Las Palmas, where he scored 10 goals in 24 appearances. That spell gave his career a clearer shape after a stop-start rise, and offered something more substantial than promise and reputation.
At Borussia Dortmund in 2026-27, Silva has started sharply. He has scored two goals in three Bundesliga appearances, added another in the DFL-Supercup, and also appeared in the Champions League. Across all competitions for Dortmund, he has three goals in five appearances.
Silva remains a developing forward with a decent body of senior experience behind him. His Las Palmas season showed he can produce at league level, and his early Dortmund return has been tidy enough to keep him relevant.
