Emile Acquah, born on 13th of July in the year 2000, is an English forward who mainly operates as a striker. Now aged 25, he plies his trade for Dundee, where he is characteristically seen sporting the number 9 jersey. Standing at an impressive 1.89m (6ft 2in) and weighing a solid 81kg (12st 10lb), Acquah offers a formidable physical presence on the pitch.
According to Transfermarkt, Acquah's current market value circles around the £300k mark. However, considering the fluctuations of the transfer marketplace, such figures should always be subject to some interpretation.
Acquah began his professional career at Southend United in the National League in England, signing for the club in July 2018. However, by February 2020, Acquah found himself on loan at Maidenhead United in the National League South. In his debut season (2022-2023) with the Magpies, he managed to notch up ten goals from 36 first team appearances in league matches before ultimately returning to Southend United in June 2020.
In July 2021, Acquah once again found himself moving, this time transferring from Southend United back to Maidenhead United. During his second tenure at Maidenhead, Acquah modestly replicated his initial form attaining ten goals in 36 appearances during the 2022 - 2023 season.
Another move beckoned for Acquah in July 2023, as he transferred to Barrow in League Two. The details of the fee remain undisclosed. Two years on, in July 2025, the next step in Acquah's career led him across the border from England to Scotland. This time he made a move to Dundee in the Scottish Premiership, again for an undisclosed fee.
During his current season (2025-2026) with The Dees, Acquah has already made six first team appearances in league matches. He has also appeared in the League Cup 2025-2026 for Dundee, notching a single goal from three starts and one substitute appearance.
