Connor Allan commemorated the start of his existence on this spheroid on the 10th of January 2004, making the lad a mere 22 years old. Born and raised in the land of lochs, he's grown to become a defender, primarily in the central role, currently featuring for Falkirk. Standing at an impressive height of 6 feet 2 inches (1.89 metres if you're a fan of the continental measurement system), and weighing around 12 stone 1 lb (or 77 kilograms). Our young lad's number of choice? The number 20.
Before we proceed, let's discuss the elephant in the room, or rather, the figure slapped onto Allan by those digital number crunchers. Transfermarkt has pegged his market value at a modest sum of around €100k, which roughly translates to about £85k. Not quite enough to buy a salubrious detached villa in the nicer parts of Glasgow, but I digress.
We have to delve back into the murky waters of 2019, where Allan, in a decision that may cause some consternation amongst our Celtic brethren, decided to pledge his services to some blue-tinted outfit called Rangers. A four-year stint on their books ensued, before he opted for a change of scenery in September 2024, taking a loan spell with Kelty Hearts.
Returning to Rangers was clearly too much for our lad Allan, as the following February in 2025, he packed his bags again, this time moving to Falkirk. The pickle is, nobody seems to want to fess up about how much the bloke cost. 'Undisclosed fee' they say, can't even treat us to a round of the good stuff to loosen the lips a bit.
No sooner had Allan got a taste of life in Falkirk, it was time for another loan move. Back to Kelty Hearts he went. The lad must've got affectionately attached to the place. By June 2025, presumably feeling a spell of homesickness, he returned to Falkirk.
During the 2025-2026 season, our boy Allan had the privilege of partaking in the League Cup for Falkirk, starting once and making three cameo appearances as a substitute. A starring role, it may not have been, but a notch on the footballing bedpost, nonetheless.
