Cláudio Braga, born on 28 October 1999 (age 26), is a Portuguese striker whose senior career has been shaped chiefly by his spell at Hearts.
His record in Edinburgh gives the clearest picture of him: 47 league appearances and 17 league goals across two seasons. The main return came in 2025–26, when he scored 14 times in 38 league matches, a solid output in a side where the centre-forward tends to be judged without much patience.
In 2026–27, Braga has added three goals in nine league appearances for Hearts. He has also scored in the League Cup, with further outings in the Scottish Cup and European qualifiers, taking him to 17 appearances and four goals across all competitions this season.
His current market value is around £6m, according to Transfermarkt. Braga’s career so far is not a long trail of clubs and reinventions; it is mainly the story of a Portuguese striker building a clear body of work at Hearts.
