Clark Robertson was born in Scotland on the 5th of September 1993, making him presently 32 years of age. A proficient defender, Robertson finds himself most at home at the centre of the defence, as seen in his current role at Dundee where he wears the number 3 jersey. Robertson initially began his professional journey at Aberdeen in Scotland, joining the Premiership team in July 2009. His progress was steady there - from his debut season in 2009-2010 which saw three first team appearances in league matches, through to the 2014-2015 season where he only made one appearance. Though, not without merit, the 2012-2013 season was Robertson's busiest at the club, stepping out 23 times.
In a change of scenery, and league, Robertson transferred to Blackpool in England's League One in July 2015. The transition seemed to suit him as during his tenure he tabbed up a notable 104 appearances over three seasons, even netting two goals along the way.
After impressing at Blackpool, Robertson moved to Rotherham United in the same league in July 2018. There he made 44 first team appearances over two seasons and scored thrice.
Robertson's next move was a step up to the Championship with Portsmouth in July 2021. Despite a single season stay, he made a decent contribution with 16 appearances. His footballing journey took a more exotic turn thereafter, with a transfer to FC Ashdod in Israel's Premier League come July 2023. Proving his adaptability, in the 2023-2024 season he made 19 appearances and even scored twice.
In July 2024, Robertson returned to home soils, signing for Dundee in the Scottish Premiership. His time thus far with Dundee has been fruitful. Over the past two seasons, he's made 35 first team league appearances, and found the back of the net twice. On top of this, he has also found success in domestic cups with Dundee - notably the League Cup 2025-2026 season where he notched two goals in two starts, and made a substitute appearance in the Scottish Cup the same season.
