Aaron Donnelly, born on 8 June 2003 (age 23), is a Northern Irish central defender now with Dunfermline Athletic. His current market value is around £255,000, according to Transfermarkt.
His senior career is tied most clearly to Dundee, where he has made 34 league appearances across three seasons and scored once. That spell carries far more weight than the smaller stops around it, and it is where he has done most of his first-team learning.
There was also a 2022-23 spell at Port Vale, where he scored once in nine league appearances. It was a modest return in scale, but still his most productive league season in front of goal.
At Dunfermline in 2026-27, Donnelly has made three Championship appearances and four League Cup outings, seven appearances in all. His form has been steady if unspectacular, which is no bad thing for a defender still building a settled senior career.
Donnelly remains a developing professional rather than a finished article. Dundee has provided the main body of his career so far, with Dunfermline now giving him the next stretch of first-team football.
